If your insurance is not yet accepted by Flourishing Tots, you can schedule here. Prepayment with a credit card is required for online booking. If you prefer to pay with cash (paper or venmo) or by check, please text me to schedule. HSA/FSA card are accepted.

Please add the appropriate out of office fee (home/virtual) when booking.

If you forget, I will need to decline your appointment and you’ll have to redo it which will result in delayed scheduling.

All appointments are pending until you receive notification that your appointment has been accepted.

Please add an appointment note that indicates the reason for your visit. If you are a patient at SFH, please write that in the note.

You cannot book online less than 8 hours before an appointment time or more than 30 days in advance. Text me if you need an urgent appointment.
