using your insurance
Many insurance plans cover lactation care as a preventative service, much like a well child visit. When using your insurance for a lactation consult, you will not pay upfront. If you do not use one of the insurance companies listed below, please schedule here.

Travel fees for home visits are not covered by insurance.
You cannot book online less than 8 hours before an appointment time or more than 30 days in advance. Text me if you need a same-day appointment. Requesting an appointment does not guarantee the date/time.
After your appointment is accepted, I will text you to collect a bit more information and you will be sent forms to fill out. I cannot start your visit until all of your forms are complete. A delay in completing your forms may delay your appointment or require it to be rescheduled.
At this time, OHP cannot be billed and must be a self pay appointment.
