Curious about co-sleeping and bedsharing? Check out this website. Dr. James McKenna is an anthropologist who studies co-sleeping in a lab. This is important for all parents to be aware of, especially if you are not planning to co-sleep.
Thinking of sleep training? Helen Ball is an anthropologist from the UK who also studies co-sleeping in a lab. Her site has great info on what normal sleep development looks like and how sleep training can affect your family.
Evidence based sleep coaching program which works with your baby’s biological needs. The creator is a respected IBCLC in the lactation community.
Lullaby Trust UK is a SIDS awareness site. It has an entire section about safer bedsharing. I particularly like this because it doesn’t tell you what to do, just how to make your choice safer.
